Account Registration

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and fluctuate based on live market rates. Prices are locked in at checkout and must be confirmed within three minutes. In cases of pricing errors, New York Gold Market reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.

We do not adjust prices due to market changes after an order is placed. Our premiums are subject to change at our discretion, and we do not issue refunds or request additional payments based on market shifts.

Order Policy

By placing an order, you enter a legally binding contract. Orders paid by credit card or PayPal are locked in immediately, while check and wire transfer orders require a 10% deposit via credit card. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled.

We comply with AML regulations and may request additional verification before processing orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers agree not to file chargebacks on purchases and must follow our dispute resolution procedures. Any unauthorized chargeback may result in legal action, and costs incurred will be added to the original purchase amount.

If an order is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to share transaction details with law enforcement and financial institutions for investigation.

Market Loss Policy

If an order is canceled, the customer is responsible for any market losses incurred. Any market gains will remain the property of New York Gold Market.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Due to market volatility, all precious metals sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If a cancellation is requested, a 5% fee will be applied, and any additional market losses will be charged.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving the item, subject to approval. Customers must contact our service team for return instructions and ship items back within three (3) business days of approval. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is returned due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping and any fees incurred.

Shipping Policy

Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.. Orders under this amount are charged a $7.99 shipping fee. In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days of cleared payment, though delays may occur during high-volume periods.

We provide free insurance for all shipments. However, once an item is marked as "delivered," New York Gold Market is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim after 15 days.

If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and return it to the sender. Failing to do so waives our responsibility for replacements.

We do not ship internationally or to forwarding services, PO boxes, or non-USPS drop locations.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Up to $10,000
  • Cryptocurrency (via BitPay): Up to $100,000
  • eCheck: Up to $25,000
  • Wire Transfer: $2,000 - $750,000
  • Check Payments: $300 - $25,000

All payments must be received within the designated time frame, or the order may be canceled. Customers using check or wire payments must submit a 10% deposit via credit card.

Buyback Program

We buy gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and other metals. Minimum transaction amount: $1,000. A $25 processing fee applies to transactions under $7,500.

Payments are issued via check, eCheck, or wire transfer within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of metals. Customers must provide shipping tracking within 2 business days or be liable for market losses.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify New York Gold Market and its affiliates from any legal claims, costs, or damages arising from violations of these terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, market disruptions, or supply chain issues.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice. Any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity may be reported to law enforcement.
